Review Summary

At the top of the Reviews page, you’ll find a summary card with four key metrics that give you an instant snapshot of user sentiment. Each metric shows the current value for your software. You can see briefly whether things are improving or slipping. Here's the detail that it covers:

  • Average rating: Shows your overall star score for the selected period, with both icons and a precise decimal value.
  • Total reviews: The number of reviews submitted during that period.
  • Rating distribution: A bar chart breaking down how many 5-star through 1-star reviews you’ve received—hover over any bar to see the exact count.
  • Satisfaction score: Average 1–10 ratings for ease of use, value for money, customer support, and functionality, each with its own % change indicator.
note

This summary appears only after you've collected at least one review.

Each bar shows its current score and the % change from the previous period. Use this to spot your strongest areas. These stats also help in tracking trends and measuring the impact of new features or fixes before.
