61–80% – Prospects showing direct interest in another product in your category

info

Recipients only receive prospect notification emails. They can't access the Vendor Portal. The invitation email is sent when the recipient is first added. Prospect notification emails begin only after the recipient accepts the invitation.

Recipient Invitation Statuses

Each recipient can have one of the following statuses:

  • Pending: The invitation has been sent, but the recipient has not responded yet.
  • Accepted: The recipient accepted the invitation and will receive email notifications for every new prospect.
  • Rejected: The recipient declined the invitation and will not receive prospect notification emails.

Managing Recipients

The recipient list displays all invited users along with their current invitation status.

  • You can add up to 5 recipients at a time.
  • The recipient count is displayed above the list, for example, Added (5/5).
  • Click the x icon next to a recipient to remove them from the list.
  • Removed recipients will immediately stop receiving prospect notification emails.
  • When another admin updates the recipient list, the latest changes will automatically appear in the dialog box.

Once a recipient is successfully added, a confirmation message will appear.

note

The five-recipient limit includes all recipients currently displayed in the list, including accepted, pending, and rejected invitations. Remove an existing recipient before adding another one when the limit has been reached.

When a new prospect is received:

  • The system sends prospect notification email to each accepted recipient.
  • Pending and rejected recipients do not receive prospect emails.
  • No additional action is required after a recipient accepts the invitation.
  • Recipient statuses remain visible in the list so admins can track who currently receives notifications.
