Notifications & Alerts
Staying informed about your product activity is simple with two notification access points on Vendor Portal: the Notification Icon for quick updates and the Alerts section for a detailed overview.
Viewing Notifications via Notification Icon
The Notification Icon is located in the top-right corner of your dashboard. Click the bell icon to open a dropdown containing your most recent notifications. These may include:
- Claim request status updates
- New reviews or interactions
- System alerts or account messages
Click any notification to view more details or take action.
A red dot on the bell icon indicates unread notifications.
Viewing All Alerts in the Sidebar
For a complete list of past notifications, use the Alerts section from the main navigation sidebar. Click Alerts from the left-hand menu to open the Alerts Page, where you’ll find:
- A complete history of all received notifications
- Filters to sort by type or date
- Read/unread indicators for better tracking
This view is especially useful for managing multiple updates and reviewing older activities.
