Billing

This guide shows you how to access and use the Billing section on Vendor Portal. The Billing page lets you review your current plan details and see a complete history of your payments, including invoice downloads. 

To open Billing, click Billing in the left sidebar. 

Subscription Overview

Clicking Billing routes you to the Billing page. If you haven’t purchased a Premium Plan yet, you’ll see an option to start a premium plan Once you’ve upgraded to Premium, the Subscription Overview section displays your subscription summary, including:

  • Plan: Your current plan name (Free or Premium) 
  • Status: Active or inactive subscription state 
  • Plan Expiration Date: Next billing date 
  • Manage Subscription: Button to manage your subscription

Subscription Checkout

After selecting or upgrading your plan, you will be redirected to a secure checkout page to complete your payment. The form collects the following billing details required to activate your subscription.

  • Email: Used for receipts and payment confirmations
  • Cardholder Name: Must match the name on your card
  • Country or Region: Determines billing format and taxes
  • Promo Code (optional): Apply a discount code if available
  • Card Information: Card number, expiration date, and CVC

Note: The checkout form currently only accepts United States in the Country or Region field.

After entering your details, click Pay to process the transaction. Once successful, you’ll be redirected back to the Vendor Portal with your updated subscription status. If the payment fails, an error message will prompt you to retry or update your card.

Payment History

Below the overview is a table of all your transactions. Each row shows: 

  • Date: When the charge occurred 
  • Amount: Billed amount charged for the transaction
  • Transaction: Plan name and billing cycle
  • ID: Your transaction reference code
  • Invoice: Click the icon to download a PDF of that charge 

Rejected payments are marked with a red Rejected label.

FAQs

How do I view my current plan?
Go to Billing in the left sidebar. At the top you’ll see your plan name, status, and plan expiration date. 

How can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
On the Billing page, use the monthly/annual toggle above the plan options before you select or change your plan. 

How do I upgrade from the Free plan to Premium?
Click Upgrade under the Premium plan card, choose your billing cycle, and confirm to start your Premium subscription. 

How do I cancel my subscription?
Under your subscription overview, click Manage Subscription to end your plan before the next billing date. 

What does the “Rejected” label mean in my payment history?
It indicates that a payment attempt failed. You can retry or update your payment method to clear the rejection.
