Badges

The Badges section allows you to view and manage badges earned by your profile on Software Finder. Badges recognize profile performance based on reviews, ratings, and buyer engagement. Once earned, badges appear on your profile and can also be downloaded or embedded for use outside Software Finder.

Access Badges​

To view your badges:

  1. Log in to the Software Finder Vendor Portal.
  2. Select your product.
  3. Click Badges from the left menu.

All available badges for your profile are displayed on this page.

Use a Badge​

At the top of the page, a badge preview shows how the selected badge will appear on your profile.

To use a badge:

  1. Select a badge from the list.
  2. Click Use This Badge.
  3. Preview the Badge before making it live.
  4. Click Publish Changes to make the badge live on your website.

The badge will be marked as Active and displayed on your profile. Only one badge can be active at a time.

By default, the most recently earned badge is selected for display.

Using a badge and publishing changes

Download Badges​

You can download badges for use outside Software Finder.

Downloading badges in SVG or PNG format

To download a badge:

  1. Click on the badge you want to download.
  2. Select Download.

You can also click Download All to download all awarded badges at once.

Embed a Badge​

You can embed a badge on your website to display your Software Finder recognition.

To embed a badge:

  1. Click on the badge you want to embed.
  2. After modal opens, click Copy Embed.
  3. Paste the embed code into your website.

Badge Awarding and Availability​

Badges are awarded based on profile performance, including verified reviews, ratings, and buyer engagement. Badge availability may change over time based on eligibility and performance.
